Bowling is a good exercise that works 134 different muscles yet it does not take a lot of strength to become a good bowler.  Bowling also works to improve hand-eye coordination.  It takes practice to become good and with confidence, the smallest person can easily become successful

Bowling: Although not normally considered an aerobic workout, bowling is a surprisingly good way to keep fit. According to a study in the California Bowling News, bowling can burn 300 calories an hour. It also works muscles and joints, and keeps tendons and ligaments limber. Not to mention is great for your social life!
